WRONG!
moms genotype can be AA, AO, OA (for simplicity's sake) all of which would type as A.
daughter could be BB,BO,OB
dad would have to be BB or BO,or OB
rh wasn't mentioned.
she could've gotten an O form mom, and a B from dad. and typed as B.
I can't nit on police procedure, but I can nit on what I know...
