HD Free for life, Dish network isn't that like advertising 'COLOR Free for life?'

Uhm, but aren't just about all stations required to broadcast in HD? So not broadcasting in HD would just be not broadcasting? At this point Isn't that like advertising 'COLOR Free for life?'
